Maximum order quantity

The aim of plexiglas-shop.com is to dispatch small quantities and samples.
Orders are therefore restricted to the maximum size permitted by the courier service. For larger quantities and individualized articles, please contact one of our distributors or fabricators in your area.

Minimum dimensions

The minimum dimensions for cut-to-size sheets are 200 mm (length) x 100 mm (width).
The minimum length for tubes or rods is 150 mm.

Delivery time

Delivery will be made within 5-8 working days after receipt of the payment in our account.

Combined length and girth

The maximum size of a package for shipping is restricted to 3,300 mm (1 x length + 2 x width + 2 x thickness of the package inclusive of packaging). This means that the dimensions of sheets that can be ordered are restricted to a maximum length of 2,650 mm and a maximum width determined by the combined length and girth.

Cutting and packaging charges

The prices quoted in the Shop are per square meter inclusive of VAT; there is an additional cutting and packaging surcharge (including VAT) of EUR 8.33 per cut sheet, or EUR 3.50 per cut tube. For cut tubes of 100 mm diameter and up the surcharge is EUR 7.00.

Single product sample

Deliveries of single product samples only are free of shipping charges.

Shipping charges

The shipping charges depend on weight and overall dimensions and will be indicated separately before you submit your binding order. They are calculated via UPS online module.

Payment method

We deliver only against advance payment. You may pay for your order by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) and in Germany also by online direct debit (only for orders below €250) or bank transfer. Cutting and dispatch occur only after your payment has been received and cleared.

Cutting and processing

Cut products are supplied with unpolished, rough-sawed edges and with a cutting tolerance of +/- 1 mm from the order format. Please note that the actual products may deviate from the illustrations in color and impression. For processing, we refer you to our Processing Instructions.
